Payment Methods:

Pac Collars accept payment by the following methods:

Visa, MasterCard, Visa Electron, Switch, Solo, and Cheque.

 

The Order Process...

 

Step 1:
Browse through the range of Electronic Training Collars and Electronic Fences.

 

Step 2:
Select the product you are ordering - Click the 'Add to Shopping Cart' button.

You will then be taken to the checkout page for the selected product.

 

Step 3:
Click the 'go to payments' button.

 

Step 4:
Enter your personal information including the delivery address if it is different from your own address.

Click the 'Continue' button.

 

Step 5:
Select a payment method. Credit / Debit card or Cheque.

Click the 'Confirm' button.

 

Step 6:
If you selected pay by Credit / Debit card you will be prompted to enter your card details.

When finished, click the 'Continue' button.

 

If you selected to pay by Cheque you will be taken directly to an order confirmation page.

 

Speed of processing:

The processing of your order is usually done within seconds, but can take up to two minutes.

During this process, do not click on Order again, this may send another order.

 

After your order has been processed, your receipt will be sent to the email you specified.

In all but a few cases order processing is very fast and you will receive the receipt to your email account within 5 minutes.

 

Credit Card Security
The Pac Collars order process is protected via a Thawte secure connection so that the data can only be read by us.

 

Important information such as credit card numbers, addresses, etc. are sent to the securely via the Internet.

All of the data entered on the protected pages is encrypted using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol.

After your order has been finalised your card details are deleted permanently.

 

In Netscape, you can tell that SSL is activated if you see a closed padlock in the lower left corner of the browser window. In Internet Explorer, the padlock icon is located at lower right in the status bar of the browser window. If you do not see the padlock icon when you enter our order process from the product vendor's website, then please do not access the order form.
